Why is it time to clean up?
Why do I have to sit in my chair?
Why?
Why is it lunch time?
Why is Ada crying?
Why is she sad?
Why does she want you to hold her?
Why?
Why is it nap time?
Why do I have to eat my food?
Why does it make me strong?
Why?
Why do I have to use my spoon?
Why can't I get my hands dirty?
Why is it gross?
Why?
Why?
Why?
And now you know what the last
(My all-time favorite though was "Why did I do that?" Uh, Ruby I have no idea why you did that!)
There is a lot for a 2 3/4 year old to figure out about life each day. Good Job, Ruby! Your Mommy (and I bet Daddy) asked a lot of 'whys' too when she was your age. Love you Tons!
ReplyDeleteWhy are you so cute Ruby? Why do you have a Mommy and Daddy who love you so much? Why did Gaga and Grampa get so lucky to have you and Ada as Grand kids? Ruby, I ask myself everyday; "Why did I do that?", but that is another story. Keep asking questions Roo. Your Daddy used to make me ask him some questions before he went to bed each night. I miss those days.
