It's a big day when your kid learns how to pump herself on the swings. No more constantly yelling for mom to push her! Mom can say, "Go outside and swing" and she can actually do that! Independently!
I looked out the patio door one day last week and saw Ruby and Ada flying high on the swings. I ran out the door yelling, "Ada you're pumping!" I don't think she realized that she had figured it out until she heard me say it! Ada Pumps from Steven Nelson on Vimeo.
