We love our Daddy! Steve had a conference in Pittsburgh last week and was greatly missed. Ada said, "Daddy? Home?" about a hundred times over the three days he was away and Ruby came out of her bedroom about ten times a night to "remind" me that she really missed Daddy.
Steve has a hard time getting out of the door for work in the morning because the girls always want one more "Hug! Hug!". I'm sure thankful for how much he loves our girlies and how much he does around here. We have bedtime battles nightly and Steve often has much more patience with the shenanigans than I do. In fact, I often escape while Daddy returns little turkeys to their beds, over and over. Here's hoping four year olds and two year olds have better sleep habits than three year olds and one year olds!
Cutest picture ever! We're thankful, too, that our grandgirls have such a good Daddy.
ReplyDeleteso you're telling me there's no hope of getting more sleep when Charley gets older?! lol. I still like when Ada climbed out of her PNP at the hotel and Ruby made the announcement to you guys.
