Minnesconsin Summer 2018

Ruby, Ada, and Mom flew to Minnesconsin at the end of July when Steve was out of town for work. We only had 3 days in each place but we packed in the fun! We didn't, however, take many pictures. Auntie Sam and Logan came to RF for a day (no pics?!) to see us and celebrate Grandpa Steve's bday. Grandpa Clete and Carol also spent an afternoon in RF.

Grandma Donna was brave enough to camp out with Ruby and Ada one night and smart enough not to tell mom how much (little) they actually slept.

See that wispy hair hanging in front of Ruby's face? That toad decided to jump off the can and cling to it. You can imagine Ruby's reaction. Gaga just laughed and laughed!

In Winona we got to spend time with Gaga, Grandpa and the puppies. We went to a movie, had world famous donuts by the river, went swimming, and ate outside on the deck a few times! Gaga Nancy spoiled the girls (and us) by taking them on their annual back to school shopping spree.

Ada was much braver this summer now that she is such a good swimmer!

On our last day we took Ruby and Ada to the Mall of America for the first time to check out the Crayola Experience. The girls were bug-eyes when we got in the mall and spotted the rollercoasters and American Girl Doll store immediately of course! Grandpa Steve rushed us through the mall, but we will have to make a trip back because I think they would have spent the whole week in there!
