This summer was so much more relaxed knowing we didn't have to rush and squeeze everything in before school started in August!
So before we start posting fall activities here is some of our last summer fun.
Only one of our sunflowers grew
On my birthday, we spent the afternoon at the festival of nations. Good music, yummy food, and fun sights!
I think Ada's favorite part was the watermelon -can't remember which country that was from;)
Ruby's favorite part was the "international" petting zoo
Doesn't it look like this llama is saying "I don't want to be in this picture!"
It was a fun spending my day with my family!
We finally got a chance to go to the City Garden, one of our favorite STL spots.
(Seriously, doesn't she look SO big? I mean, how can that be our baby?!)
Ada loved the water, even after getting a face-full!
Unfortunately, Ruby had a tummyache, so our visit was cut short.
Luckily, she didn't have a tummy ache the day we went to get ice cream!
Ada had her first taste of peanut butter when she took a bite of my peanut butter cup ice cream. Haha, we never would have allowed that when Ru was 11 months! Oh, and she's not allergic!
We discovered that the best time to go to the zoo is after the kids go back to school!
The new sea lion exhibit was very cool.
On to fall!
