Ada's first Christmas was wonderful!
After debating about whether or not to travel this year and then worrying about the logistics we ended up really enjoying our time with family and friends in Minnesota and Wisconsin over the last two weeks. As always we wish we could spend more time with everyone, but it is nice to get back home too.
Ruby was "soak excited" to fly on an airplane to see her "two Gagas and two Grandfas"! When we asked her what her favorite part of flying was she enthusiastically proclaimed, "The snacks!!" We should have known. Our little snackoholic loves the pretzels and juice she gets mid-air. She asks for a snack 478 times a day!
We were expecting a white Christmas, but Ruby was excited with the dusting and made the most of it!
Some other highlights from our trip:
Playing with cousin Liliana
Loving her princess dress and crown from Gaga!
Making a Gingerbread House...
which mostly consisted of eating lots and lots of sugar!
And Ada loved meeting lots of new relatives. So much love and so many arms to hold her!
It was a wonderful Christmas spending time with family and friends. The only thing missing was the cheesecurds...how did we spend two weeks in Minnesota and Wisconsin and not once have a curd??!!!
Thanks for the new pics and blog update. What a wonderful time we had. It was so nice of you all to make the trip. Memories to last a lifetime!
