Ada is growing before our eyes. Next thing I know, she'll be off to college!

Those who have are on Facebook are probably aware that Ruby finally decided to climb out of her crib last week. Steve put her to bed as usual and about 5 minutes later we heard her and could tell she was right inside her bedroom door. Sure enough when he went back in she was standing right there looking up at him with her huge eyes. This happened once every night for the next several nights. We'd put Ruby to bed and then hear her at her door. No bangs, clunks, or cries so we weren't sure exactly how she was doing it...I thought for sure she'd fall out! As soon as we'd open the door she'd start walking back to her crib and wait for us to pick her up and put her back to bed, never saying a word and then going right to sleep. Well, we pushed out luck because about five nights later she climbed out five or six times in a row. Needless to say she slept in her new toddler bed the following night! So far she's been doing great at night (naps are a bit rough right now).

The other night I told Ruby she was going to take a bath to which she proceeds to sing; "Splish splash I was taking a bath (starts mumbling) all the fun night." She then starts giggling and says, "I forgot the other words!"
Ruby has become quite the Daddy's girl the last several months and apparently overheard me saying this a time or two.... I asked her the other day why she wanted Daddy to get her milk and not Mommy. She said, "Because he's my girl."
These girls sure keep us on our toes!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE all the pics! Ada is changing more and more each day. I expect once Trav and Mal have their baby in August it will make Ada seem so much older/bigger. It's so nice to watch both girls grow and change.
