A Fall Tradition

Every fall, Sheri and I usually go to Eckert's in Belleville, IL to pick apples and pick out a pumpkin or two. Last fall was the only time we haven't gone since we've been in St. Louis. It's safe to say that a year ago we were a little too tired to go apple-picking. This past weekend it was Ruby's chance to join in the tradition and we think she had fun.

Sorry Ruby, I don't think Dad could carry that pumpkin to the car.

Ruby got all bundled up for a ride on the tractor that takes us out to the orchard.

There were so many pumpkins to choose from

  1. Thank you for sharing your special day with us. What fun for Ruby. She looks so grown up in her Fall clothes.
