Summer Spring Break

We've been on spring break this past week and it has been wonderful! I'll admit before break I was thinking, 'wish I could go lay on a beach somewhere far away'. Staying home has been really great, though. Plus I never could have left these cuties!

Our vacation started with a little St. Patrick's day celebration. Ruby had green milk and Lucky Charms! (Mom NEVER buys those.) Our littlest leprechaun even got in on the celebration.

Auntie Sam was on her Spring Break last week too and she did get to go somewhere warm and sunny...St. Louis! We had so much fun with Sam and spent most of our time with her outside enjoying the 80+ degree days.

Ruby especially loved all of the Auntie Sam attention! One day at the zoo I told Ruby to either walk or ride in the stroller to which she replied, "Auntie Sam likes to carry me."
