Ruby's owie is healing up nicely. We didn't get any strange looks at Target this morning!
We're hoping the healing continues as we all try to get rid of these colds once and for all. I told the girls we were giving up germs for lent, but they didn't listen!
This girl is cah-ray-zee!
And I don't mean the goofy look on her face...
Yep, she's eating broccoli when there is a warm chocolate brownie in front of her! I thought I'd raised her better than that! Maybe she's still sick.
Even Ada agrees, something's not right!
A peak at Ruby's and Ada's week:
Ruby having fun with friends.
And Ada happy and content as always!
Nothing else too exciting to report on lately. Our evenings and weekends are mostly spent like this:
Dancing in our princess dress.
Playing IN the kitchen.
Hanging out on the floor.
"Sharing" our toys.
"Look mom, I'm a baby!"
Ada quizing Ruby with her flashcards.
Practicing sitting up.
Not quite!
And loving on each other!
Ruby often decides what we should do. Like last weekend when she woke up from her nap and said, "Should we go to the zoo?" Steve and I looked at each other, shrugged, and said, "Why not?" Or yesterday when she said to Steve, "Daddy let's go to your work and get some animal crackers." Apparently she got a snack out of the machine last time she was there!
Update: Ruby's been napping and sleeping much better at night! Most importantly, she's been waking up happy as can be. Thanks for your prayers!
Oh, and there are nine more days of school until Spring Break. Just in case you were wondering!
Beautiful girls! We love you all and can't wait to see you and give you Hugs & Kisses. Gaga Donna & Grandpa Steve
