Some Funnies

This morning when I asked Ruby what she wanted for breakfast she said, "Pine cones!" Good thing the pineapple I had in the fridge satisfied her!

Every time Steve or I leave the room Ruby immediately shouts, "Daddy? Where are you Daddy?" or "Mommy? Where are you Mommy?" Even if Steve just walked into the kitchen and even when I tell her I'm going downstairs for a second. Every. Time.

Whenever Ruby bumps into someone she says, "Sorry Doody!" We have no idea where the "Doody" comes from or what it means...any ideas?

Have I mentioned that Ruby calls toothpaste "good"? She'll say "Brush teeth." "Put good on it."

We finally got some sand for Ruby's sandbox that's been sitting empty in our backyard for several weeks (I figured it's too hot to play in the sand anyway). I've never seen Ruby so excited about a new "toy". She loved driving the cart around Home Depot too!
