A lot of thought and prayer went in to our decision, it wasn't easy. I know it will be difficult and it will be a BIG change for our family, but right now we really believe that this is what God has planned for the four of us. We think it will be the best thing for Ruby and Ada right now. I hope that doesn't read as I think all moms should stay home all the time. I know Ruby is the (little) person she is today in a large part due to having a working mom. And we ADORE the person Ruby is and wouldn't change her in a heartbeat. In many ways I think I've been a better mom having worked outside the house and it's probably made Ruby and Ada better (little!) people too. Heck, it's probably even made Steve a better Daddy!
I pray that I can use this new gig to grow as a mom, wife, and daughter. But more importantly help grow my kids and my husband too.
A whole year with these two?

It's sure to be an adventure!
Big decision. Big rewards. We know this is where your heart is and as a family it will be for the best. Those two little girls are the most important part of your lives. Enjoy and treasure the time it goes so fast. Thanks for the 1/2 birthday pics, so cute. You guys are in our thoughts and prayers. Love you all.
ReplyDeleteSo happy for you! Yes, it will be hard but everything worth doing is usually a challenge. I can't say it any better than you did or than Gramma N & Grandpa B or as Father Harris says - 'you got it right'! Love you all Tons!
