So the first question we're usually asked when we tell people that we aren't going to find out what we are having is, "How are you going to decorate the nursery?" I quickly discovered that there aren't a lot of gender neutral options. You can get boy blue, girl pink, or safari animals! We found this (brand new) chocolate brown bedding on ebay. Steve got into quite the bidding war, but we got it!
Since there weren't any coordinating curtains, I ripped up one of the crib sheets and used it to make my own!
Project #2 was to make some kind of wall art. My talented friend, Kat, helped me pick out fabric to make these "dots" (as Steve calls them) out of embroidery hoops.
My next project is to attempt to make a matching mobile for the crib. Wish me luck!
Nice job on the curtain Sheri & HAVE FUN WITH THE DOTS. Good luke with the mobile, I could come over and stand and twiddle my thumbs. Sounds like you three are having fun, keep it up. Lotsa Love, GGMA&GGPA
